apparently, it’s the cell phone. you can count my vote on that too. i can’t stand how people are so ‘accessible’ now – always on their cell phone.

i was at work a few days ago, and this woman was with her husband or boyfriend. the guy was on the phone doing business or whatever for over an hour! finally, the woman came up and started talking to us, saying how busy he always is, and how they were supposed to be hanging out for the first time in a while.

NO DISTRACTIONS. and then that happened. it’s just sad to me how we can’t take time to relax anymore, because we’re always tethered by this digital ball and chain. oh well.

guess i’m part of the problem, as i have a cell phone myself.
